Our slogan, Raising the Last Days Army, is more than just a catchy phrase. We hope that it gives you insight into just who we are. "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Eph 6:10-12(NKJ).

Christ reached out to people of all ages and backgrounds and at Cornerstone Church we desire to do the same. That's why you'll discover ministries geared to various life stages and needs. We have a place for everyone to study the Scriptures, fellowship together, and minister to others through numerous service opportunities.We want you to be a part of the blessings of God in the life of our church. Vision: Jesus gathered His followers before He physically departed earth and entrusted them with their life mission. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth". Acts 1:8 (NIV).

At Cornerstone Church we take this challenge as our personal mission. Our Jerusalem is Las Vegas, N.M., a community in Northern New Mexico of approximately 17,000 souls. We are always looking for ways to reach out to 'Jerusalem' as a local fellowship and as part of the greater church of Las Vegas. We are not an island unto ourselves and are interested in establishing alliances with like-minded ministries in our city, as of September 2001 we have a working relationship with at least seven ministries in town, praying and hosting events to effect a comprehensive spiritual change in our corner of the world.

Judea is an area at least fifty miles around Las Vegas comprised of small villages and towns that we have a heart to touch. Two ways in our plans is church planting (anyone want to relocate to Penasco?) and a radio station. We currently have an application filed with the FCC for a low powered FM frequency and are waiting for a construction permit.

America is our 'Samaria', we see the need and know that we can do our part in restoring this nation to greatness by prayer initiatives and strategic alliances. The prayer movement that is sweeping the church has also landed in Las Vegas and our cry for national healing is joining with tens of thousands across this great land. We are members of Trinity Fellowship Association of Churches (TFAC) and they provide us with an apostolic covering and many wonderful resources to keep Cornerstone Church in the network God is sustaining nation wide.

How can a church in Las Vegas, New Mexico (can anything good come out of Las Vegas?) witness to the ends of the earth?
